During this session, I’ll get to know you, your business, and your goals, while providing an overview of how my graphic design services can support you. What’s Included: • A detailed discussion about your business, branding goals, and pain points. • Notes and insights to guide you toward the right services for your needs. • A follow-up proposal outlining recommended graphic design solutions (strategy not included). What’s Not Included: This call does not include a detailed branding strategy or process planning. Important Note: The fee for this call does not go toward any services purchased afterward. Cancellation Policy
1. Non-Refundable Payments All consultation payments are non-refundable and apply solely to the consultation call. Payments do not go toward future services or projects. 2. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice will not be eligible to book future consultations. All consultations are conducted over the phone. 3. Rescheduling Policy • Clients are allowed one-time rescheduling of their consultation. • To reschedule, you must notify us at least three hours before your scheduled appointment time. • Reschedule requests made less than three hours before the appointment will not be accommodated. 4. Final Sales All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations outside of the rescheduling window.
